At Lava Centre in southern Iceland, explore the forces that shaped the island through hands-on displays, an earthquake simulator, eruption films, and views of Eyjafjallajökull, Katla, Hekla, and nearby volcanic islands. Plan about an hour, with English and Icelandic support.
