The boat is comfortable and although there's a big group of people, it didn't feel crowded. There's plenty of time to climb to the top of the volcano, have a guided tour and swim in the hot springs (I've seen reviews from other vendors that this is not always the case). A day before they send me a pick location which was 30 minutes away from my hotel.
