The Guide didn't show up at scheduled pick-up time of 8am and only contacted us directly 53 minutes (at 8:53am). The pickup time was confirmed to us at 6:44pm the evening before the tour. He didn't pick us up until 9:40am! We sent messages via the Viator app, as well as on WhatsApp to the tour company and no one responded until I had our hotel front desk phone the company. Overall this was a poor experience and I would never recommend this tour. Just do the hike self…”
