“Excellent trek on the lava fields. From pick up to drop off, the trip was very well organised. On arrival we were given a banana and cereal bar which was unexpected and we stopped halfway for a short break and ate our snack. Wearing the right footwear is important to enjoy the activity. I wore walking boots which were great. My husband wore trainers which were sufficient but he did have to stop quite often to empty them of stones.”
