“I didn’t get to attend my tour. When I booked I paid for the tour with pick up option. I selected to be picked up at my hotel. A day before they send me a pick location which was 30 minutes away from my hotel. I tried to contact the tour company but they didn’t respond back until the day of the tour with “I’m sorry you missed you pick up time” I explain to them that I didn’t had transportation and I needed to be picked up but all they responded back was we can reschedule. I agreed to reschedule for next day and I never heard back from…”

“Il serait bien d’avoir une meilleure description de la journée sur ce site car je n’avais aucune idée que l’on aurait 2h pour diner dans un resto sur l’ile de Thirassa. De plus, c’est vraiment compliqué retrouver son bus au retour, aucune indication sur ceux-ci. Très peu de temps aussi au sommet du volcan puisque le guide parle en anglais en premier donc ça donne peu de tenps au Franco de gravir le volcan par la suite.”
